After receiving a ticket just before pulling off my aunt said good day to the officer, I smiled an said good day as well an added I've watched the news were civilians an your the police with a gun. He looked at me and said I have Jesus an he tugged his gun an laughed as we drove off. Mg aunts very religious an thought that was highly rude and immoral.

He can call his gun what ever he likes as a general rule. If your mother is relgious she has the right to be offended. Thats basically then end of that issue. Contrary to popular belief, people do NOT have the legal right to NOT be offended by such things.
