Can my mom turn him in, will he get in trouble?

More details to this question:
I'm 17 going to be 18 in 2 months, I am dating at 23 year old and have been for awhile. My mon was fine with it the whole time. I have been out of the house for 5 month bc I moved out with her permission. She is now mad at me and threatening to call on hin and get him on trouble.

Yes. He is great risk of legal trouble.  He is facing charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Furthermore, while the age of consent for sexual contact is 17 in the State of Illinois, if it can be proven that he had any sexual contact with you before you turned 17, he can be facing serious felony charges involving sexual assault or sexual abuse of a minor which can mean prison and registration as a sex offender.  He needs to consult with a criminal defense lawyer immediately before law enforcement arrests him.
