On and about the 31st day of March, 2014 at 8:19 p.m, I was stopped by Officer XXXX, badge number XXXX while driving on I-285. After informing me that I was speeding and upon checking my drivers license, the officer informed me that my license had been revoked and I was under arrest. He placed me in handcuffs and put me in his cruiser. I remained in the cruiser for approximately two hours. I complained to the officer that the handcuffs were too tight and causing my hands and arms to be numb. The officer adjusted the cuffs, however they were still tight and I complained to the officer of this condition repeatedly but he did not attempt to lessen the pressure on my hands and arms. Since that night I have had numbness continue in my right thumb and index finger. My neurologist has informed me that I have nerve damage in both hands. Is there an attorney who could assist me?
You could have a case. Police officers do have some protections, however, I'd be willing to consult with you regarding these facts. Contact me through my profile for to discuss further.
