QUESTION

Does the constitution not give us all equal rights?

Asked on Aug 17th, 2017 on Police Misconduct - Florida
More details to this question:
I am a US citizen going to trial. My County does not have video recorded policing when it comes to arresting citizens. Doesn't that violate my equal rights as other citizens have that right depending on where they live but I don't have thesame equal rights as they do to show I'm not guilty with recorded evidence?

You don't have a right to have others record your defenses. LE does that for THIER protection in large part - not yours.
