For all too long, I've feared for my well being if I spoke out... Ive been accosted my property damaged, threatened and intimidated,by my local police. They've torn open the seats on my mothers car. Threatened my life. Held me at gun point while being obviously intoxicated. Told me I was guilty until proven innocent, as well as writing a false police report. A Judge brought up my family, members who weren't related to trial naming them for the reason behind charging me, on record! I would like to sue the city, I would like to make these deeds known. Do I have a leg to stand on?

Not as described. YOu would likely need to retain a lawyer and a PI to undertake a comprehensive review of the matter to see if anythng can be documented.
