I have been charged with offfenses that I didn't commit or present for and yesterday I got pulled over and arrested

I found out who was using my name and the cops arrested him but this would of never happened if cops did there job This guy did time in a union county under a alias and was fingerprinted but when he got arrested for cds in a different county he used my name and they finger printed him and the presinct failed to realize there mistake My license has been suspended and Its hard for me to get work without a vehicle also I am moving to a luxury apartment and they did background checks this could possibly stop me from being accepted I'm scared to just walk to the store in fear I will be arrested for something I find that do
