I think I was involved in police misconduct.

More details to this question:
was in a car wreck. When the office got there, she was really nasty to the people I hit and me and my kids. After a while she asked me an I calling her al liar, then she walked around the car, pushed me on the car, handcuffed me, snatched my arm, all of this was in front if my 11 & 8 year old and bystanders, because I didn't agree with her. I didn't curse her, touch her. As a matter of fact, I seem her getting mad so i was trying to avoid anything and go back across the street where my kids and family were. I was told by a Lt at LPD that she is in training and should not have been by herself. I know this wasn't right. Please contact me.

This will all depend on the facts and evidence addressing your interaction with the officer and hopefully some video recording or other objective information. As you umay well imagine, people arrested or detained by police officers ROUTINELY instigate or escalate the issues and then blame the officers when they react. One need only watch an episode of COPS to see this. It will also be helpful if IA finds some misconduct on the part of the officer. YOu will need to retain a lawyer to address this immediately.
