QUESTION

Illegal search

More details to this question:
My fiance has seizures. He's had them for about 8 or 9 years now. I have been with him for 3. We have had to call ambunces several times. When he is post ictal he's somewhat combative. It depends on the tone of the paramedics and first responders on how bad it can be. Well they called the law to help get him out. They got him out all paramedics and officers had left the house but were still on the premises. The officers took it upon themselves to re-enter my home becuase they smelled marijuana. Mind you now i just had surgery myself. So im not in any shape. Did they have any rights to reenter my home without my consent. They started looking around my home but not touching anything. Then they preceeded to tell me they smelled weed and interrogate me. I didnt give them permission to search anything but they started looking through things and found a jar a marijuana with. Out 7 grams. They threatened to take my kids and told me i needed to have him call them or they would issue a warrant
