I’m in demonstrator for a store They accuse me of stealing samples from my job it’s not the stores product my company. Do I have a case I am black

I’m a vendor demonstrator for a huge retail company my company shipped product to the store it’s not their product but it my to do the demo when I have stuff left over I could take it home with me that’s what my company says it’s already paid for but the retail company accuse me of stealing ask them can I see the tape they were like no I was not arrested but I’m ban from that one store the office room for my stuff asked me questions yelling at me then when this was all over said I could keep the Items that they accuse me of stealing I was so mad and hurt this is not right what is going on my permanent record
