My son was arrested on yesterday and eneded up with facial injuries

More details to this question:
He was caught stealing or tying to. the police officers tazed him hit him with a flash light after handcuffing him punched him in the face kicked him in the stomach and the list goes on his face is deformed. I need to know what are my rights as his parent to get justice for my son
