* Leesburg fl* I Was falsely pulled over as I was pulling into my own driveway between 1:00-1:18 am on 4/13/16 after an officer accused me of being involved in an accident/hit and run involvement north of town. I left the restaurant checkers only to get on the highway for no more than 500 yards to turn onto a side road distance of another 300 yards to my house. In that time he pulled me over after I was in my driveway. And ran my tag. *notice drivers passenger door of my car has had a dent for over two years. The officer claims a maroon car in my cars description fit. I was targeted and falsely intaragqated. I demand damages. This was false profiling for the time and location. Absurd and not fair for molesting my freedoms or travel.

if you want to spend money on a lawyer to purse such a claim, you simply need to retain one at an hourly rate/retainer and have this pursued. This is not a contingent fee case where you get angry and the lawyer fights your battle at tthier expense.
