What should I do?

Erick D. Barney Hello. I have been the victim of 2 police brutality misconduct cases. My civil rights have definitely been violated. I have been doing research for law firms that would be interested in my claim. I'm from Atlantic City NJ. I had a law firm from Wildwood NJ. Joseph C Grassi 609-729-1333 /Barry, Corrado & Grassi, PC. From last year the case was under investigation. On March 2, 2015 I received a letter stating that they were not in a position to pursue my claims against the Atlantic City Police department. That the firm will be closing my file and taking no further action. This is not to say that I didn't have a viable claim. That I may seek the advice of other counsel. I have until November 6, 2015 to file suit. I have paper work for my claim interest. I'm seeking representation from someone that may be able to guide me on this situation.
