More details to this question:
I have had at least 4 interactions with an officer last one he had gun trained on me and when asked why he s.irked and said he didn't know who he was dealing with but 2 wks prior asked me who was in other camps when I left the tracks and 1st one I was arrested in the two wks some one came into my camp several times and cops would follow me around the neighborhood. An state atty going around telling ppl I'm a witness and a photo of me then he pulled up in front of me one day( and on camera I do believe ) I told him he gonna get me killed and went to walk away he grabbed my arm and told me I can't walk away from him

Sorry - if you are describing that you are living in a "homeless camp" and complaining of "discourteous" treatment by law enforcement - hate to tell you, but short of SanFrancisco, any where else you are, any coherent person will treat occupants of such "camps" with a healthy dose of caution, as they are most often populated with drug addicts, criminals and mentally unstable occupants at very high ratio. Thats simply part of the deal when you are living in the vagabond environment as they are VERY volatile living conditions which is why they are last resort situations.
