Do I have a case?

I am looking to file against my previous lawyer for Professional Malpractice. Last year I finally got Mr. Myers to get an appraisal for my father’s estate in Mississippi. I had asked Mr. Myers to get an appraisal on the first day I retained him. It took two years for Mr. Myers to finally get an appraisal. Mr. Myers had not been cooperative during the entire time I had him representing me. He found Brian Pray from Oxford to appraise the estate. Mr. Pray was obviously not an appraiser of commercial property. Not only did he appraise my father’s commercial building @ $2.00, (that’s correct two dollars per sq. ft.) he took six months to do it. He charged twice as much as another appraiser I hired and was complete in two weeks. The second appraisal was 60k higher on the building alone. The problem I have is that Billy Myers found a incompetent appraiser, also the people I had been fighting for the estate had the appraisal before I had a chance to see the appraisal that I had to pay for.
