My fiance hired a lawyer to assist on a misdemenor violation of probation case. Said attorney agreed to take on case with 0 down, but demanded we pay double his normal fee bc he was taking the case with 0 down, and we were made to give our banking info over. He was to withdraw 130/wk until the balance of 1,500 was paid in full. Once the balance had been paid, he continued to fraudulently withdraw money from our account each week, knowing that we were in a VERY bad financial situation to begin with. We have left 5 messages with his secretary this week, all have been ignored and we have yet to hear anything back from him or get the money he stole from us put back into our account. His secretary always says that he isn't there when we call. Due to him continueing to take our money he has caused us great financial hardship even worse then we were in previously. I have had to cancel all our accounts and have new ones set up, our accounts are frozen & we will be without any money for 2 wks
