the lawyer with draw from my case after been on it from year 2013 he with draw since about december to january 2017 i was told to contact a legal malpractice lawyer about the lawyer that suddenly withdraw from my case in year may 2012 i had a root canal done in manhattan nyc i suffered so much pain that same day all in side my mouth teeth gums burning stinging from having that root canal i had the same tooth pulled few days later the same tooth rootcanal i was never the same til this day i had two surgerys done in april 2013 and dec 2013 i am diognose trigiminal neurglia the lawyer was not much help to me its funny he was not there for me court date including when i had been ask to explain deposition and another he was not there it was question by the judge that he should of been present judge found it unsual but after all these last three years how sudden he decide to with draw his name steven s segal i was told to get a legal malpractice lawyer for what happen i could not

In order to prove legal malpractice, you have to prove "a trial within a trial". In other words, you have to prove first, that your attorney did not live up to the standard of competence to be reasonably expected from an attorney with his training and experience, and second, had your attorney done everything correctly, it is more likely than not that you would have won your dental malpractice case. In order to prove dental malpractice, you must bring in the same type of dentist as your expert witness, who can testify within a reasonable degree of dental certainty, the dentist made a mistake, that mistake caused you damage, and but for the dentist's mistake, you would not have suffered the damages. If you can prove the dental procedure caused trigeminal neuralgia, that's a very serious condition, and the case could have value. An attorney who practices in both legal and dental malpractice should review your file immediately.
