I need advice about a case asap!

More details to this question:
I have a medical negligence case. It's legal medical malpractice. The negligence caused me a catastrophic injury. A doctor sent home a senior citizen with a million infectious diseases to a healthy woman's home with an animal. He also allowed dangerous medications in the home. Hazardous medications that cause total loss of bodily functions. The senior citizen was violent and all she wanted to do is infect me with diseases. I want her out of my life. She's thrown me on the floor, etc....l

This is no malpractice of any type. The doctor owes you no duty to protect you from an elderly person you have issues with. Your remedy would be to have the elderly person removed or evicted if she lived with you in your house. The other issue syou describe may be criminal and you would need to contact law enforcement for that.
