legal malpractice

More details to this question:
when the attorney you retain, takes the evidence you sent him and makes it disappear, but the contract that was in the envelope with the evidence,he has. it was reported to the postal inspectors, and we have a case number, last friday he told me he had the envelope but not the evidence it contained, with the exception of the contract that was in the same envelope. he then looked at me and said that is what you say about the evidence, i never saw it.

I recommend that you contact the Kentucky Bar Association Disciplinary Counsel.   I am not certain that what you describe would be malpractice.  However, there may be an ethical issue.
