QUESTION
The other lawyers have asked to settle six times and im ready but my lawyer will not let me. What can i do and is this malpractice? I am broke!

I slipped and fell at my job almost two years ago, i hired a lawyer,at first he was awesome. But now he does not want me to settle and keep suggesting ridiculous reasons why i should not. The other lawyers has offered me settlement opportunities a total of six times.

If the reasons are ridiculous then consider hiring a different lawyer.
