Ive had my tubes tied for 11 months and ive been pregnant 2 times the first time i had an abortion cause i had just had a baby 3 months before the procedure... Now here i am pregnant again so i just want to know what should i do... Should i sue for wrongful birth or should i just see whats going on

If you had a tubal ligation and got pregnant the first time, then you knew that the tubal did not work. If you got pregnant a second time, then that is on you and your decision.
