sarasota laywer did me so wrongly, on a court rendered case in 2004 of 114,000 dollars which i have all papers still, the bar i contacted and she is squeeky clean, yea right, they waited for statue of limitations to end, she had me sign a settlement for 5,000. and still never got a penny, this is so complicated, my world known attourney in salem mass. said it is about money and no laywer will go after a laywer like an oath, this was done and i signed when and after i was a VICTUM of a DUI driver and now full disabiled TBI victum in 2005, i want my money and wont stop till JUSTICE is done, honorable judge anderson in prt charlotte/punta gorda .FL. was the acting honorable judge in this case, mrs. michelle stephans is the laywer who still does not like me nd is not nice i took her to the barr assc. in FL. so much more to explain, i have all court deposistions also, thanks

Noone on the facts presented as your likely past the statute of limitations. If you are serious about pursuing some claim on this, you will likely have to retain a lawyer out of pocket to address this. Claims of "not stopping" until justice is done are just hollow threats and do little to address your issues.
