When I was 16 I was locked up in Charter Behavioral Health in Louisville KY. I was there until I turned 18 and they had to let me out. During the time I was there I was thrown around by the staff and injected with thorazine multiple times a day. I have been on medication from the time I left there for bipolar disorder. The facility was shut down in the early 2000 I believe for misconduct. I know there are several other like me.

From the facts provided, it appears as though you are questioning if you have a legal cause of action against the company. It the business still exists, the answer is maybe. If the business is gone, and any times to wrap up outstanding claims has run, then you likely have nobody to sue. You also need to think about statute of limitations issues.
