I purchased a truck from a woman that has a lien on title which i didnt know at the time,she is not in good health and can't conduct any business now ,how do I get lien off title to register I'm my name

Go to the person or company that put the lien on the vehicle and see what you can work out with them. They probably will want money so see if you can negotiate a settlement in exchange for a release.
