Without more facts it's impossible to analyze what theories of civil liability you would have and who you may have them against. Obviously the perpetrator committed a crime so you should contact the police to report it.

Hopefully you called the police. Other than that, unless there are significant damages or you are willing to spend lots of money on lawyers, not much to work with on the facts provided.
