My side affects are severe depression, hallucinations, and severe hearing loss with substantial and I mean substantial medical documentation.

Most of the accutane litigation has involved disorders of the bowel. However, many of the side effects you list are among those know to be associated with Accutane. I am aware of a number of class action suits that are going on invovling Accutane and would be happy to help you determine whether you can proceed with a case individually or as part of a class.
