after an appeal.

More details to this question:
I won a judgement and the other party filed an appeal....I didn't know I was suppose to do anything with it, so I didn't answer. How can I now after 3 years get the money from the judgement?

Assuming that the judgment was not reversed on appeal, every jurisdiction has a variety of collection mechanisms available to judgment creditors, usually including garnishing a judgment debtor's income, and/or having their assets sold, until the judgment is satisfied.  The local clerk of the Court or sheriff may be able to help you with the procedure in Pennsylvania.
