air handler caused damage to the interior of my home a/cinstalled 2014 .

More details to this question:
air handler leaking into my laundry, kitchen and guest bedroom . Insurance denied the claim . exclusion in policy . A/C company stated poor installation of unit. Is there a case against a/c company. we also had a maint agreement.

Possibly. Its simply a matter of you being willing to spend the money on a laywer toproperly make such a claim.
