More details to this question:
I just turned 19, and I had a few friends with me. My friend recognized his friend and i pulled over during a snowstorm. They were walking in the street with snowboards. We were talking, and then came to the point of pulling them "skitching" my car while I was slowly driving and pulling them in the snow while on the snowboards. We advised thems it was a bad idea but they insisted. We went pretty far. We made a turn onto a different road. About 100 feet up, one of the kids lost his control and fell and broke his leg, I brought him to his mother she was fine and ok with the incident it was an accident, I know I shoulda not have let them do it, but how strong is the case? 4 months latter the father is now trying to press charges.... For endangering the welfare of a child.
