I teach five students piano in a church office room weekly. We have no written agreement, but a verbal understanding of what I owe in return for the use of the room. Is this verbal agreement binding in the state of Florida where I teach?

If the agreement will last more than 6 months, I believe, it must be in writing. Get it in writing.
