while questioning why my sandwich was not properly made to order after payment. a verbal dispute between myself and one of the cooks started. the cook and another employee ran from the cooking area and jumped me. i suffered a swollen arm and both knees from the altercation going to the ground. police were called and the manager stated that she was firing the two employees after they fled the seen. can i sue mcdonalds under the respondeant superior law?

Yes you can. No question. McDonalds is responsible for their employees' actions carried out during the course of their employment. Your best recourse (and best chance for a monetary recovery) are to bring suit against McDonald's. Good luck.
