Both names joined by and on car title

More details to this question:
I live in the state of florida When my friend totaled my car in a accident when he had barrowed it he offered to replace it but no contract signed when hes grandmother got them a car he had my name and hes put on the title of it joined by and in the middle of them. My name is first then hes i want to move out of town do i have the right to take the van with me

Possibly - you will need to hire a lawyer to review the title and to address claims by the others as you cannot depreive themnof thier rights without repercussion.
