Filed a report with detective Lemon at tarponSprings police dept. I have been defrauded of $38,000 dollars and lost my truck. Can you help me retrieve my truck??

Probably can't as the buyer is like a BFP or bona fide purchaser. Your remedy is likely suing the dealership.
