10 years ago I had to leave USA, left my business there(gas station). I had a verbal agreement with my manager, that he will buy it. He sent me some amount of money, but then nothing. There was no official paper work done. I had real hard time and could not come back that time or do anything else. Now I am in New York and ready to fight. What are my chances in suing him?
