Can a Civil Ligation experienced Para Legal draft a Demand Letter?

A radio studio I used to work out of, owes me some money which was to be paid to me when our arrangement ended ($100.00) . (This was back in 2019)...This money has never been paid. and because it is a small amount, it has, so far, been less than cost effective to mount a legal challenge for payment? Can a Para legal draft a Demand letter for payment at a fee that makes it worthwhile to move forward with this? ( It is a matter of principal).
