Can a court allow two witnesses testify from the phone from Germany..

More details to this question:
One witness is the mother and the other a sister. I have no police record. No history of violence. there are no police reports of any kind of the so called abuse. One incident was in 2003 in Colorado. No arrest, no police report nothing. The other in 2010 in Germany. no police report. There is no evidence of any kind showing that I assaulted my wife. Neither witnesses seen any of the so called abuse. They were told about it. The judge issued a permanent order based on the mother and the sisters call in testimony. How?

Telephonic testimony is not unusual.  Was it proper in your case and did the Judge reach the correct decission?  One could only determine if the Judge made a mistake by appealing the ruling.   Good Luck!
