I did not pay an $8000.00 hospital bill and they are suing me. The judge has ordered a non jury trial. I though I was entitled to trial by jury if I want . I do want I want my peers to hear about this $8000 hospital bill for 1 hr non complicated stay in the ER and decide if this is a reasonable amount to pay for this bill

It is fairly common for consumer contracts to include waivers of the right to a jury.
