Can a laywer practice when he is on probation?

Im in a coustdy case right now.And my exwife laywer is sueing me. he is on probation for five years. He has tryed to kill himself 5 times he admites to being mentaly ill. so how is he allowed to countinue to practice?

It is impossible to answer your question from the facts presented. If you question the appropriateness of his continued practice, you should take the matter up with the bar authorities in your state.
