Can a roommate have you out on the street?

More details to this question:
I've lived with the same man over seven years. ? The current residence is in Jacksonville Fl. His name is on the lease ( because last place we lived i took an eviction in my name. When we argue usually over money these days. He threatens to have me out out of here. I just need to know how I'm protected . The electric & internet are in my na!e. Have been over a year

You have no protection - you are an at will guest if you are not on the lease.
