QUESTION

Can an appeal be filed by my public defense?

Asked on Feb 18th, 2013 on Litigation - Florida
More details to this question:
A store mgr. said she saw me scratch her car. The mgr entered a picture 12 months after the alleged incident from a cellphone. My public defense didn't question it in trial nor would they state the previous two mistrials. Sheriff never took pictures the day of said incident nor was there any witnesses. Mgr never got a estimate for said damages nor turned it in to her insurance public defense didn't question the validity of the cell phone picture and the sheriff stated he never saw her picture the day of the third trial. No restitution is being paid but was placed on probation 6 months anyway.
