Can I be charged with shoplifting?

More details to this question:
I was in the store with my friend yes items was put in the bag without being paid for but I did not exit the store with her I went out a totally different door at separate times can I still be charged with shoplifting and when they did stop me I didn't have any items on me.

If you were wit the other person and knew they were shoplifting you could be charged as an accomplice. You do not have to have anything on you, they will claim you were a "lookout" or helping somehow. Next time you are with a "friend" who is a thief run the other way and never talk to them again, they are a bad decision maker. They will get you in trouble. Do not hand out with criminals and do not break the law yourself.
