I bought a vehicle from a man off of craigslist I didn't make it home the motor blew. He would not give me my money back. Since then I've been going on craigslist post I g his picture and company name with a be careful ad. He has no real proof it's me because craigslist gives you default email can I be sued

Anybody can be sued for anything. However, from the brief account you've provided, I don't see how you've committed any wrongdoing.
