More details to this question:
I am in kentucky and i am the defendant in a case against myself and the bar i used to work for. The plaintiff has of course made themselves out as respectful and polite in the summons i have received. My question is i have security footage from the whole episode. Can I contact there lawyer/s to let them know I have footage showing the defendant in the wrong? I just want this dropped I don't want to counter sue and I don't want court cost or lawyers fees.

You can contact the plantiff's lawyer, but I would strongly advise against it.  You have nothing to gain.  The chances that you will convince the other side to drop the suit are miniscule.  You'll only be giving them a head's up about your defense.  Work through your own lawyer.
