Can I deny the access to a cps social worker?

More details to this question:
A social worker from cps came to out apartment a couple of months ago we moved out from that apartment because our lease was up now we moved in into some duplex and she call to get our new address, can I deny to give her the new address and if she gets it can I deny the access to my new home?

No. You can't deny CPS. They at the government and your address is public record.

What you propose is a bad idea. CPS WILL likely file to take away your children if they have cause to believe that they are in harm's way, and your failure to cooperate with an investigation would likely push a judge to allow them to take the kids, at least temporarily, until you cooperate.
