QUESTION

Can I do the talking with my lawyer in court?

Asked on Dec 17th, 2014 on Civil Litigation - Arizona
More details to this question:
This is a civil case against my LLC (trademark infringement and consumer fraud). My lawyer is past his prime but all I can afford. I know the case in detail and can speak coherently. Can I do the talking, submit evidence and ask the questions but still have my lawyer there for legal advice, objections, etc.?

The Court will probably not allow it, although you can be a witness.  Non-attorneys can represent themselves, but not other people or entities, such as your llc.
