More details to this question:
Hello. I am wanting to sue the largo PD. I was arrested for misuse of 911. That arrest revoked my bond for another case. The misuse of 911 has been dropped but it ruined my options in the other case. I was charged with misuse of 911 because my house was broken in to. The police that arrived would not take my statement or let me press charges against the person that broke into my house. So I called 911 asking for them to send someone that would take my statement and file charges. Since I dI'd that the police that were outside arrested me for misuse of 911. They still did not take my statement or let me file charges against the guy that broke into my house. Can I sue?

No. You cannot sue the police because they wont make a report. You might be able to fashion a false arrest issue on the 911 misuse arrest but it will dpend on whethe ryou want to spend the tens of thousands of dollars pursuing such an option.
