QUESTION

Can I file divorce under the grounds of adultery?

Asked on Feb 10th, 2013 on Litigation - Georgia
More details to this question:
I am from South Carolina. I am filing for divorce on the grounds of adultery. My husband is having an affair with a woman who loves married men. He is a preacher. She is a teacher. I know of at least 4 men, 3 of which were preachers but the wives never address it publicly. They just duck tail and leave the church. I have left too but ducking is not my personality. She is notorious for this and I plan to copy the report for a variety of people to read.

This depends on whether South Carolina is a no fault divorce State or not. If they are then the answer is no.
