I worked for mta bus newyork city transit for 14 years I had no previous disciplinary issues before this case. i got terminate for letting my wife use my transit pass . this is a violation of company law. But I had jut gotten a workers comp settlement july of 2013 I was terminated for the violation November 2013. i had legal and union consul.
