Can I file motion to vacate a judgement?

More details to this question:
A debt I owed was sold to a collection agency by the original creditor - The collection agency went out of business and released the debt and judgement taken against me beck to the original creditor - The creditor has forgiven the (in writing)debt but the judgement remains - The creditors left CO and moved to a different State- Can I file a motion to vacate the judgement locally using the written forgiveness statement?

You can file it - It is up to the Judge to Grant or Deny.
