Any claim you would have would fall under a medical malpractice claim.  Medical malpractice claims are very difficult and expensive to pursue.  You should contact an experienced attorney to discuss your options.  Simply because you had an adverse effect or discomfort from a procedure does not necessarily mean that a doctor was negligent or that he did anything wrong.  An experienced medical malpractice attorney would be able to help you decide if you have a case or not.  Also, there are very strict time limits in Ohio for filing and pursuing medical malpractice cases.  Therefore, you should contact an experienced attorney immediately to discuss your options.
