I have a post on ripoffreport.com against a company that I had problems with that I took to court and lost the case. now that they won the case, they want me to remove any posts I have about them online, which I did except from this web site, because they will not remove it no matter what. this web site basically want to make money from me to just add a post on top of mine without even removing it. could you please take a look at the post, and tell me if that company can actually take me to court for this, and if so what are the chances of them winning the case? the post is here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/auto-mechanics/american-engine-inst/american-engine-installation-t-07ee1.htm

I can generally tell you that something that you say that is true is not libelous and just because you lost the case doesn't mean that what you said wasn't true - you need to step up and hire a lawyer to respond to the demands or seek resolution of the case, as appropriate
